I have a simple query, i have g_priv 2 and i want to deal with the thermal control, and in tank berserker mtl rda,
How to close the Quoyle resistor so as
Knowing that the wire type is SS316L Fused Clapton 2.37 Ohms per Foot 30ga x 2 (=) + 38ga
Welcome aboard - sorry I can't help with the query - I've no experience of that rig, but there's bound to be someone here who'll come up with an answer.

You can use the ss coils in wattage/power mode. Smok isn't known for reliable tc but you can probably get it dialed in using TCR. DJLSB vapes did a review for the g priv 2 and goes over the tc.
You just put it in temperature control mode and it will read the cold resistance of the coil and fire. If you want to lock the resistance use whatever value it reads as the resistance when the coil is cold.
If you want to figure out what that resistance should be, use a calculator: Wire wizard | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators (you're missing coil inner diametre and number of wraps for us to compute that for you).
Temperature Control on a Smok device is suspect at best.
In the future, you might want to post in the ECF forum most closely representing your question. Your subject: TC builds, suggest posting in : Temperature Control
You may receive more knowledgeable/germane information from the membership in the above forum.
Welcome to the friendly bunch Can't really add much to the advice given already except to say that it probably isn't worth worrying about temp control if using a smok mod...
