Ok, right now I have a GP eCo and a Volcano Inferno. I am just looking, at this point, for a higher voltage or even possibly a variable voltage ecig. The one thing I really enjoy about these ecigs is their simplicity in charging. Plug it into a computer and screw on the battery. From what little I have seen, I have not seen any of the higher voltage or even the vari voltage mods that do this. Is there one that does?

At this point my life is really hectic and this simplicity in charging is pretty much a must. I really don't have time to take apart an ecig take the batteries out and then charge them and then put them back in. I know, sounds stupid to those of you that do it every day.

Thanks,

Anne

Using it while charging is not a must for me....although an advantage at this point. My Inferno has a battery that does that and I thought I would use it, still might, but have not had to as of yet. Between that set and my eCo, I have four batteries and that seems to work real well as I cycle them around. Yes, I do charge them as soon as they die, but will not use it again until I get around the others. Less wear and tear on them that way.

Not really sure I like the thought of a box shaped ecig, though. Just my personal preference at this point.

BTW---I have found that a Game boy case works really well in carrying my batteries and my juice for the day.

I'm not sure I understand this. A passthrough is nice but one piece of advise. Get a wall adapter so you can plug into a socket and not your computer. That said what do you do when you are away from your PC?
I have a Buzz that uses two small batteries. I have two sets. First thing every morning I unscrew one bottom cap of the Buzz, replace the batteries with a fresh set and put the spent ones in the charger. Couldn't be easier. It's just like changing batteries in a flashlight.

What SC just said is right, changing batteries in a mod is as easy as a flashlight.. stop wasting money on eGo type batteries that will flunk unexpectedly or after x amount of charges. Get a mechanical mod where there is nothing electronic inside to fail.

You'd have to elaborate of what size / power / voltage you're after to recommend something though.

I think you're overestimating the difficulty in charging batteries that a mod uses in relation to a proprietary batter like you now have. It's really no different and takes no more or less time. Just purchase 2 of whatever your mod will use then switch out and charge one while the others in use, basically the same as you're probably doing now. Screwing a cap off and inserting a battery takes no more time than screwing in the battery you have now.

I would recommend going variable voltage for customization with a mod that didn't use a screw for the adjustment. Dials and even menu driven adjustments are becoming more available and are much easier and faster to adjust. I recently went vv and wouldn't want to go back.
