Hi everybody!
It took the verizon FIOS guy several hours to hook us up.
Then he was supposed to set up our new verizon email accounts, but of course, he didn't know what to do or how to ...
so I call the 1800 verizon...they wanted our "account number" and info from our bill.....
we just got hooked up today and don't have a bill yet ....stomps off muttering...

Of course email address is good!

I've had a hotmail acct for years for such purposes and online stuff.

I use yahoo and gmail for a lot of stuff, but need one that will open my Windows mail (used to be Outlook Express) and download right here on my pc.

We use the cable provider for friends and family.
Anything I do online is done with hotmail.

I do have family and friends email addresses in the contact folder though.

I get tons of spam and junk mail in the yahoo and gmail accounts though.

I use hotmail to sign up for things because it's easy to have them go to junk or delete all from sender.

gmail I actually signed up to participate in something.
