We have a mobile home (trailer park type) in a bayside park in Longneck, Delaware that needs fixing up after that last storm. We rent the land but the place is ours to keep up and use whenever we want. We go there for fishing, boating etc. whenever we can get a chance during the Spring, Summer and Fall. Let friends use it during times when we're not there, but it's in a bit of a mess. Needs a new roof and some interior water damage. We'll start the cleanup this weekend. It'll be a couple months before it's "ready" lol.

Nevertheless, when we're not cleaning up and straigtening things out.... we'll be partying lol
