Of course then there was all the munches, and a chocolate/caramel cake to die for.

We made a roast chicken in the "set-it-and-forget-it" rotisserie oven, (remember Ron Popeil and Ronco? lol)
...with stuffing, german-style red cabbage and a vegetable medley
