I'm off to do a little fishin' later on today.....see ya'll later!
Sounds fun...good luck...don't let the big one get away :D What do you go fishing for Racehorse?

I don't like to catch them, clean them, cook them, but I sure do like to eat them!!!

I like catching them but not cleaning. As far as eating...I've definitely eaten the bass, flounder and trout that I've caught. I don't throw them back if they're big enough to keep and eat. I know some people just fish and throw back for the fun of it though.
I've never gone big game fishing. I bet that's exciting hauling in a 40 pound (or bigger) whatever from the ocean depths!

I didn't go. :(

I used to fish every single day. I've fished pretty much the entire east coast in the ocean and intercoastal waterways, from CT down to the FL Keys and both coasts of FL as well.

(boy I can tell some stories, even fishing off bridges all night a few times, with strangers and fun people....and out on sandbars off the coast of Georgia.

Here, in the mountains, we fish lakes and ponds and rivers. Very different. Pretty easy to catch what they call "sunnies" here, bony and small, and once you fillet them you are only getting a potato chip, basicallly, but they are very good and sweet! Also, lots of brownies/bass. Some people do catfish fishing but that just never interested me.

It just got so very hot today, I decided to stay home.
