I know the OP is talking about fancier metal cases which would be cool if there were some nice ones.

I don't know if this would fit any of the mods out there or not but I noticed the other day that Innovapor has a pretty sturdy looking Pelican case for the EVOs and 510s for $25 w/ Lifetime warranty.

the lifetime warranty is a feature of pelican case...they have a bunch of different sizes..they can be had for alot cheaper too...

I think I need to find some size specs on a bunch of the mods like the chuck, xhaler, and Super Ts...and crank out a couple of custom hardened leather, neoprene lined carry cases just to see what people think

I use an Otter case that I got free when I ordered some batteries for a flashlight. Then I bought one of those Kneeling pads for gardening and cut it out to fit the stuff.

However, I don't know why you guys need a case that will also hold your big PV's. I can't get mine out of my hand!

I'm using a soft padded case from Best Buy that is for memory cards. Zippered it has 2 little mesh pockets on the inside cover, a "page" that has 2 more on each side, and a larger mesh pocket on the inside back cover that is long enough to hold my 510s...4 of them.
I keep two little mesh pocket filled with filled carts (5 each), and use the other pockets for spent carts. Gotta make sure the manuals' buttons are sideways so they don't get squeezed "on" when its shut.
It was around $10 when I bought it for a different use a couple years ago.
Don't know if this makes any sense....I'll try to post a pic....

I found a website that only sells e-cig cases. Still cant post a URL but they are called
"e-freedomcase". They even have one that will hold an XL KR808d-1
"The travel companion holds everything you need for traveling. It holds 2 fully assembled e-cigarettes, spare batteries and atomizers, a box of 5 cartridges, 2- 15ml and 1- 5ml bottles of e-liquid and a pouch for a wall charger. It also has straps for tweezers. Approx. 7 1/4" x 5"." It's $22

oh yeah...and for something that will hold a Chuck,Not get you beat up on the playground AND has a belt loop just Google "belt firat aid kt". There are dozens of them out there cheap enough that you can just throw away or stash the contents somewhere else...it's usually just bandaids anyway. Definately check out the one at "survivormall". The M-1 Jungle kit....comes with a nice big military red cross on it :)

I'm just wondering if you would have problems with the TSA with a case like the diabetic kit. Someone in another post mentioned that a Chuck looks like a detonator8-o. If you have something like that with bottles of juice, extra batts, attys, a Chuck and charger, I could see things getting unpleasant. You could put it in your lugagge, but what if it got lost? Going on vacation and no vaping gear?8-o8-o8-o
