evgeny whats your take on the AQUA?
been bouncing the idea of AQUA or kayfun L+
care to share differences/similarities/preferences?

this question is obviously open to all that have both.
I REALLY like the Aqua- it vapes fantastically....I fell in love with it from my first 0.5 ohm dual microcoil build.....
I DONT like the capacity- especially @ dual coil it goes through 2 ml very quickly-
I can't say the vape is better than a KFL, 3.1 or plus....it's different....
it's native dual coil produces plumes of flavorful vapor- it's very comfortable to use,
liquid feeding is fantastic because of 4 wick channels- it NEVER dry hits, I never have to use the juice flow control-
just close the air control sometimes to get more liquid into the chamber-
IMHO it is PERFECT for a specific vape- 0.5ohm dual coil.....hard, fast, plumes of vape and flavor....
I am still keeping my Kayfuns because of the capacity but this really is a great tank! I have no reservations recommending it to anyone!

a little while back I posted about a vendor selling me a fake AW and a fake MNKE- today- to my surprise, after writing them an e-mail,
I received 2-30ml bottles and 3- 15ml bottles of great fruit flavors- they exceeded my expectations and took the supplies off the site...
now that is great customer service! That's 105ml of liquid of the cost of 2 batteries- which they let me keep!!! WOW!!! I am a happy vaper today- especially because I used a real ohm meter- and found out that both of my tridents are now coiled to 0.28 ohms, using 3mm threaded ekowool, 3 wraps of 0.9mm ribbon- each coil......
simply a fabulous vape day!!!!

Think I'm the only person in the world who couldn't get the kayfun to work correctly. With a .8 micro and cotton it wasn't as good as my drippers. Tried adjusting the height of the coil, amount of cotton etc. Is it because my ohms were too low? I know a lot of people who use .8 and report good results, so I'm stumped.

no....the ohms are not too low...make sure the wicking is good.....its different from a dripper- its a tank- so not so much vapor and not so fast....but very flavorful......make sure you tuck the ends of your wick down on each side.....and that the coil is directly above the airhole, 1-2mm (basically the middle or higher where the screws are)....make sure you prime the wick with liquid, if it doesn't wick, hold your finger over the airhole, do a dry quick puff to flood the chamber some more.....make sure the coil is getting JUICE then its a fantastic tank!

look at some videos......cotton wicks different than ekowool- actually i never used it.....but i love ALL my kayfuns....theres a reason they are so popular- they are pretty much the best there is!
the entire kayfun family- kayfun 3.1ES delta, kayfun lite (and +) (x3), kayfun 2.1 mini (quickly becoming an ADV for me for flavor)

I did all those things you mentioned. After taking apart my build, my wick is still soaked in juice, so I don't know what's wrong.

blow or blot the excess juice off- vape on the chamber with the chimney alone (like a dripper) to make sure the set up is good- then finish building and filling the whole tank- so just the base (with wick and coil), chamber+ chimney...its safe to vape and clear out any liquid stuck in reservoir chamber under the wick....

I was talking about your juice cabinet. You don't really read my posts either :).

i did....and i thought i answered- "yeah"...LOL.....
it does LOOK tidies up only because i have one brand in the front, it's still rather a mess actually....I can't think of a way to organize it because I like to change 3-5 liquids a day....

Have u tried a different build? I know most have had great results with micro coils but I wrap a basic 3/4 with 3 mil silica folded over. Used to use 30 round now I use .5 flat wire. My fold is an S shape collapsed to give me bunny ears. I tuck them down along the side touching the base where the channel is. Attach wire as evgeny said and bam. Try a diff build.
