UPDATE: If my memory serves right, the description page of the Doodlebug SE (page N/A now) stated that the Centre Post of this version is Brass - but triple coated with precious metals... Silver, then 24K Gold and topped up with Rhodium coating.

PRICE: Yes, that's a deal breaker indeed, unless one's a fanboy of RSM/DB.

Yeah, the scratch isn't too deep. I made the mistake of placing the Nem in the same pocket I had my keys in.

Here's a pic, not sure if you can see it though. It's right above the engraving.

That isnt a scratch and will be easy peasy to remedy. If you love the Nemesis, its no big deal. Many of us have $100-$600.00 mods with marks and real scratches. Remember, they are for use not for glass cases!
