James, when I am on the electronicstix site looking at a product that is out of stock, a green rectangular popup appears on the left hand side of the screen that says "NOTIFY ME when available". Click on it and it asks you for your email address. :)

I see it on the product page that you linked to:
ElectronicStix.Com · Zenesis Mini 18350 SS Mod

You asked why people would go with Provari or some other? That's why. They aren't around very long. That lot probably got bought up within an hour or so.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I didn't realize Zenesis also made the e-cigs themselves. I thought they only did tanks. Since they produce both, why would anyone buy a Provari and a Z-Atty Pro, rather than the whole deal that Zenesis makes? It's cheaper too.

I suppose I am feeling rather foolish now as I vape on the Provari Mini and Z-Atty Pro that I just received and started using this morning.

Provari is variable voltage, the zenesis is mechanical. Also the tank and atomizer can't be used on other devices. The Zenesis is one piece.

Well I'll get something else. I saw the notify me button, but I hate fighting for stuff. I'll find something else. If they can't make enough of them to supply people with then they don't want the business. I know, I'm a ..... I love some of the devices I'm seeing on the 1000 page thread. Jeesh, bling bling. I like bling, but I'm going to try to exhibit some patience for once in my life until I figure out what I'm doing.

So far, I think I like compact. I don't want something that's huge. Even the EGO system I have now is a tad long I think. I saw a magnum adjustable system. Cool as you can use different size batteries, at least that's what I think from what I saw.

If you want a great vape combined with ease of use, no leakage, easy rebuildable wicks/coils, variable voltage and great battery life, check out a Reo VV Grand. I love mine. :)

mini provari + Z atty pro both from provape are 1 of the best set ups one can have imo.
The mini provari is readily available at provape and colored options are often made per order.
The poldiac from MMvapors.com is a beautiful readily available mechanical mod on the scene.
Poldiac + DID or any other high quality Genesis atty tank is definitely a set up to crave/own.
The Poldiac is currently up for sale at MMvapors.
REOS mods variable voltage Reo Grand, another fantastic US-MADE mod, similar to the provari.
Buy the VV Reo Grand + the reomizer (only 30 bucks) and you've got a great US made set up.
The REO mods are almost always available on the REO site!
The Legacy mod with a Kick (variable wattage chip that will fit in most mechanical mods) is great too.
The Legacy is always available.
The Super-T mods are beautiful mechanical mods made here in the United States as well. HIGH quality.
The Super-T mods are readily available and built per order.
Super-T just came out with their new telescoping mod which is available for pre-order right now.
If you go with a mod with no genesis tank, the DID from MMvapors is a great readily available genesis atty tank.
The Zmax or Smax or Evic are all foreign made variable wattage mods, but they are known for a great vape.
All three mods can be found on most large vape sites.
The Silver Bullet is a US made SIMPLE mod that goes great with the Kick module and a tank, clearo, or genny on top.
The Silver Bullet is readily available in a huge assortment of colors and button colors.
The Volcano Lavatube is Volcano's new premiere variable voltage mod, similar in looks to the Silver Bullet, a great vape!
Volcano Lavatube is always available at the Volcano website.
The GG is a beautiful mechanical mod. Hard to find, but worth it. Commonly found in the classifieds here on ecf.
The Orion is another great genesis device readily available in the classifieds here on ecf.
The Ihybrid is an elusive genesis mechanical 1 piece mod that comes in many different looks and designs.
You can either wait for one to show up in the classifieds or you can wait for them to go on sale on the website. (elusive)
The Temon is a smaller mod using 14500 or 14650 SLIM batteries, readily available on the MMvapors website.
The CUBE by siam-mods is an "often available" mod from siam-mods.com, a great base for a good genesis set-up.
^ The cube is OFTEN available but is not available at the moment.
The SABER TOUCH is 1 of my fav. US made mods and def. a great option. VV models available. Great w/anything ontop.
^ The Saber Touch is always available and made to order from a great company.
The Galileo stainless steel edition, is a telescoping mechanical mod now made in the USA, another nice base for tanks.
^ This mod is readily available at almost any time.
The GLV is a great US made mod that is readily available and looks great with a skinny carto tank or an atty w/dripshield.
The GLV is generally available from the manufacturers site and found at other online shops as well.
The Bombshell Stinger + kick is a great simple tube mod that takes a BIG battery that'll last you days. A fav mod here.
Bombshell stinger is always available.
The Buzzpro is a favorite STILL even after being one of the first VV mods released in the united states. Accurate VV!
Buzzpro is always available and easily obtained.
The CHiYou mod is 1 of the most beloved mechanical mods out of Korea these days, a very well loved mod for good right.
^ This mod is available. Somewhere and sometimes. Not 1 of the most available mods on the market.
Of course the Zenesis mods, since I haven't noted them yet, are my personal favorite genesis mods on the market.
Zens are usually only available 2nd hand in the classies here, but occasionally they do go up for sale.

I can't name them all but these are a lot of your options and current availabilities.

That list is pretty unorganized and definitely unfinished. Those are just my favorite mods lol.
But it is definitely a good list. I tried to list all of the mods that people seem to generally WANT haha.
There are obviously other mods, cheaper mods, mods that have lost popularity. These are hard hitters.
And there are more hard hitters that I cannot remember but this is what I could.

I mean the OP asked for high quality mods, thats a list of all the HQ mods I can think of off the top of my head.

AH the itaste MVP and the new SVD are good quality mods that a lot of mod reviewers seem to love.
And then I also forgot the new variable wattage/voltage TESLA that just came out. :p (good mod)
The new Smoktech GROOVE internal battery box mod looks really cool/quality too. I want it. :p

I'm ordering an Evic tonight and I'm no stranger to wanting quality mods.
So hopefully that speaks to what the evics got in it for software and features.
Yes, people say its got some dumb features. No one needs a puff counter.
No one needs to know what your most popular amp pulls were the past week.
But to me? I like it. I think its a good mod for the price, and an experienced vaper would like it.
Also picking up my 1st e-pipe setup and a couple kanger T3s so should be fun.

If your into E-pipes, theres a few options out there. But e-pipe-mods is the QUALITY option imo.
