I vape 80 pg/20 vg almost exclusively and I've never had a problem. Hence, I don't know how to put the reducer tube on...
I use Hangsen (reportedly 80/20), no self-feeding problem here.
I believe the restricter is just a little section of tubing that goes inside the main feed tube to reduce the inner diameter and flow rate.

Nope, shouldn't need the reducer. If you want to try it tho, shove that little guy up your tube, could be pleasurable.
P.S. don't shove it in too far or you might not be able to get it out.

a buddy is an EMT and they had to transport a guy in a serious way because he couldn't get a old school bic pen out. Doc had to do a fillet procedure.
didn't want to pay for the little pills thought it was a rip off. took matters into his own hands, so to speak.

I use all pg nic base without reducer tubes.
eta: just stick the little tube into the big tube. then cut to fit the bottom of your bottle.

Being lazy and snagging this from another thread...(thanks Karen & Lisa)
The reducer tube is inserted in the bottom of the tubing that goes into the bottle. It reduces the flow of juice. Used mainly for high PG juices or if your REO is self-feeding because of heat or altitude.
Do not insert it all the way in!
