I just got my cyclone and the post with the drain hole sits so high the juice dribbles down the post and just sits in the well and doesnt drain...is there anyway to lower it?

Only by drilling another hole but don't. This can be a blessing if you learn to squonk accordingly. That is: if you adjust your squonk fu.
