High Power Mods @ Low Wattage?

I routinely run a Nautilus at 16W on my RX200. If that was the only tank I used on that mod I would probably get close to 4 days of use on a single charge. But my Nautilus is my in-office tank for use while I'm at work. Pretty much everywhere else I'm using a proper subohm tank in the 50-65W range.
