High wattage rigs

So I'm still "new" and I'm wondering why the 15-30w apvs?

I have an MVP2, Spinner II, and vv ego right now. I feel like when I run hot- my coil cooks out really fast (kanger dual coils or aspire bdc).

Am I missing something by not going 15w+? I understand I might just not want a hot vape, but the flavor and vape production is pretty good!

Anyone run 30w? Why?
