Hey guys, i do believe that majority of vapers do between 10-60watts.. but whats with some peep foing up to 200 watts? Im no pro in this so it would be awesome if anyone can explain this..
Usually the higher wattage is catered to extreme sub ohm and/or dual/quad coil builds. The equation P=IV=I2R also governs the power settings where common dual box mod can roughly go up to max 7.5V. I myself am experimenting as well but I believe high wattage so far gives off more vapour and flavour(subjective I suppose)
Well thats interesting to know.. but dosent that drain off your juice at a higher rate as well? And the temp of the vapour increases due to the fact its burning at a higher watt?
yes of course drain juice at a higher rate as to temp of vapour i'm not entirely sure as higher wattage usually means lower ohm and that usually leads to dual or quad coil setup in parallel. Assuming all coils heat at the same rate and are from different wicking I suppose the temp would still be OK
Seen some YouTube vids .. At over 100w, they do like a 2 seconds draw b4 they quickly pull back.. Probably due to heat.
Most would be comfortable at below 40... Or even 30w.. Over 100w would be for bragging rights

Usually its for those crazy builds.. with crazy builds you need more watts to fire and the higher the wattage, the faster your juice will finish and also battery life wont last.. Your vape would be hot too instead of warm or cool..
