Highbrow Vapor: Throwback to a time where the customer comes first!!

I just wanted to add my two cents to all the reviewers who have endorsed the incredible customer service and outstanding products created by Highbrow Vapor.

Customer Service: 5 out of 5 stars. Each and every time I have ordered from Highbrow, Bryan has given me only first-class treatment, graciously customizing each e-liquid blend to meet my (sometimes demanding and exacting) requests.

Products: 4.9 out of 5 stars. So far, I have ordered 12 flavors from Highbrow. Many of these are terrific out of the box, but I am letting them all steep to allow the inherently complex flavors to develop more fully.

My products arrived quickly via USPS Priority and were beautifully wrapped and labeled. Presentation is obviously a key consideration, as well as delivering a high quality product. I suspect someone on the Highbrow team is a design professional, as there is inherent beauty and apparent care and detailing in each bottle.

Limoncello-6 out of 5 stars!! Incredible, as many others have said before me. Just like the real thing. Perfect balance of tartness and sweetness with an indescribable crisp and refreshing aftertaste that makes this my all day vape.

Chai Tea- 4.5 out of 5 stara. I ordered this extra creamy and sweet, just like I like my Chai Lattes. Taste was flavorful out of the box. (Still heads and shoulders better than 2 other vendors whose Chai Teas I have as well.)

Highbrowbacco Exotic- I ordered mine with menthol, somehow missing that their is also a Highbrowbacco Exotic Menthol on the menu. I screwed up and added 'strong menthol' to my customization and it was more mentholated that I wanted. Kind of like drinking an entire bottle of minty Scope! My bad! I immediately contacted Highbrow and Bryan quickly offered to add a regular Highbrowbacco Exotic to my next order to dilute my current stock.

More Limoncello- The first went quickly and so ordered the 30 ml bottle!
Eve's Sin- This is a natural Apple described in a site review as 'like a Honeycrisp or Fuji', both of which I love.
Orange de Sangre- With all the incredible reviews on ECF for this one, how could I resist?
Carmel
Creme Brulee
Highbrowbacco RY4- On all three of these I asked for extra vanilla undertones, as I really love vanilla.

I am looking forward to sampling all the flavors at Highbrow as finances will allow.
They are my new go-to e-liquid source.
I encourage you to give them a try.

Hi all!

Just wanted to post a few more flavor reviews from Highbrow. I ordered all these with double flavor in PG/VG blend.:

RY4- Excellent. Really smooth with vanilla and carmel notes. I ordered dbl flavor and extra vanilla and carmel and it is now one of my daily vapes. Recommend, though I know it may not be for everyone. Read the other reviews on their site to get some other perspectives on this one.

Highbrow Exotic Blend- Have this one with and without menthol added. Both are very nice, with a slight spicy note to each. Perhaps a more acquired taste, but worth trying if you are a tobacco fan and need some variety.

Creme Brulee- Very mild. Took a few days of steeping, but now am liking it more. At first, thought it had an odd aftertaste on the exhale. Have added it to some of my less flavorful liquids from other vendors and it has helped alot. Not overly sweet.

Carmel- Very nice. Sweet, smooth and flavorful. Not carmel candy sweet, but a more traditional carmel flavor. Love this one and add it alot of other liquids. Aroma is wonderful.

Vanilla Bean Decadence- Like the Creme Brulee this one had to steep a few days for the flavors to develop more fully/ Not an in your face vanilla, but nice in its own right. Creamy and rich. Incredible aroma. May have to try the Vanilla Bourbon everyone raves about next.

Still HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vendor. Incredibly helpful customer service and reasonable delivery times. Placed order, made several additions. It arrived at my doorstep via USPS in two days.

That creme brulee gets even better with time.I've had it almost two weeks. I've been toking it all day, it's good stuff.

I really detested this vendor's juice when I first got it months ago. To me, it was un-vape-able because it had a taste that made me flat-out nauseous. I knew it had to be high quality juice because of the consistently good reviews so I didn't throw it away; I just removed the caps and let it sit for weeks. Yesterday I tried it again (Cappuccino Diablo) and now I can vape it. It's not bad at all, I must say.

My favorite vendor is Virgin Vapors and they recently made anything above 50/50 VG/PG a special order, so I went ahead and tried the 50/50. I was suprised to find that my former faves were now yucky - they had/have the same "off" smell and taste as the Highbrow. It's clear to me now that I have a profound sensitivity to the VG portion of some juices unless they are very well aged/steeped. I suspect it's the Eco Pure and other high-quality VG that bothers me when it's too raw.

Now I'm going to try the rest of my Highbrow juices and if they still have the "off" taste, I'll just put them back to steep and try again in a few weeks. I may love them when they're finally mature. In the meantime, I'll stick to special orders and juices with a low VG ratio.

I have to agree with you on some of HB's flavors being extremely 'distinctive.' IT seems many e-liquid manufacturers create their own 'base flavor' that comes through on several of their flavors. I found that HB's Exotic Blend, their Exotic w/ Menthol and RY4 all had an ususual base note that was spicy and somewhat off-putting at first. I let them steep a few more weeks and either they improved or they became an 'acquired' taste. I can vape these occasionally, but only the Limoncello and Orange de Sangre have earned a place for more than dripping in my 510.

As many before have stated, tastes are subjective, and I know that what I feel like vaping sometimes focuses on straight tobaccos to menthols to beverages to sweets to bakery flavors depending on the time of day and my moods. Thank goodness for variety!
