Higher Blood Pressure?

Input on this thread is interesting and I like hearing other's views...

Where did you get the wrist BP monitor? I have been looking for one. Mine is the huge should cuff type.

Mine is down but I also keep well hydrated throughout the day (around 3L) and run almost 20 miles per week.

I've been vaping since March and my BP dropped 10 points in the first week and has stayed down . My Doc thinks E-cigs are great .

Update, BP's been low to normal since taking the Lisinopril (1/2 tab) daily. Makes me less nervous about what I may be vaping to keep me off analogs...occasionally I feel the need for 36mg and I haven't seen any change worth noting. I'll stay on the meds and drink more water (still hard!)...
