As the title of this thread implies, I am under an immense amount of stress at the moment (I have people trying to come after me/my family). I have already notified police, and they can't do very much until something happens. Now I'm just sitting here (armed to the teeth of course), extremely stressed out, and do not want to end up vaping extra just because of the constant events that are triggering my survival instinct. I do have some chewing tobacco and some pipe tobacco laying around, although I've been tobacco-free for about 2 and a half weeks. Should I just substitute dip or my pipe for those extra-stressful situations, or is there any other techniques that may work for my current situation? I'm really just hoping that this whole thing blows over soon.
