Ok, my thoughts on the HIGO
Pros:
1. Flavor is fantastic. Maybe the best of the high airflow, high power RTAs in my collection.
2. With both bottom and side airflow fully open its a little less airflow than the MT. About the same as my 22mm Ohmega Alpha.
3. Other 510 drip tips fit if you don't like the stock one.
4. Holds 6ml
5. Pyrex
tank is super thick, thickest I've ever seen, and it comes with a spare.
6. Nice amount of spare parts included.
7. Easy to build and I had no issues at all getting dual 26/32 Claptons into the post holes. The top screws seem really good quality and I didn't worry about stripping them.
8. It wicks like a dripper. Just stuff them into the wells. JC ring should prevent floods or dry hits, though one tester is having a dry hit issue and we aren't sure why yet.
9. Very versatile with the two types of airflow. You can use just the bottom, just the side or both, and both are adjustable to dial it in for your
vaping style.
Cons:
1. Top fill holes are small so I think filling with an eye dropper will make a mess. However, its easy to use and has the right amount of tension. Not hard to turn, and I think it will stay put when its closed.
2. My side afc ring has a bit of up and down play. One tester said his has sharp edges.
3. 510 positive pin must be fully tightened, and is a bit recessed. It did work fine on the 4 mods I put it on. It will be dangrous if an uninformed vaper puts it on a "hybrid top" mech.
4. Inside of chimney chamber is small, which contributes to the good flavor but limits you on using huge coils. Its possible you could get more airflow if you can get your coils higher than I did, but with the coils I used I thought I might hit the top of the chimney if I tried to raise them more.
Final verdict: I'm in love with the flavor, and if you don't need huge fused Clapton/Alien type coils or have to fill with an eye dropper, I think you would like this atty. I'm definitely getting at least one more, and a third if they release black.
My first build is dual 6 wrap 26/32 Claptons on 2.5mm bits. That black o ring is your guide for fitting your coils inside the chimney.
I'll post a pic later of the atty on a mod.
