My moms husband went from 3 packs a day to Zero cold turkey using a mega eGo tank. He is even down to low nicotine after 2 months.

My mom is down to about 2 cigs a day( she loves the morning cig and the after dinner cig)

I went from a pack a day to zero!!

Support from family and friends is key!
