I found putting a open top glass bottle or graduated cylinder in a water filled crock pot for 1/2 hour or so really speeds up the steeping time. Also has the added effect of mellowing out my tobacco juice. Guess warming it up this way takes some of the alcohol out that is in some of the flavorings. Less perfumy.

I do something similar, but on a smaller scale - I generally only mix 5-6 30ml bottles at a time, and I have a nice straightwalled ashtray that they all fit in, with room to spare. The walls of the ashtray come up about half the height of the bottle, and when I set it in the sink under the hot tap and make a hot water bath of it. I let it sit in there for an hour and every 15 minutes or so I'll pull 'em out, give them a healthy shake, and put 'em back. The stuff's ready to vape at that point, tobacco flavors too, but I usually let them sit in a dark drawer for a week beyond that.
