Vapers Journal - a monthly publication based out of Wisconsin. The first run is 10,000 papers - full color - distributed to vape shops, tobacco outlets and some convenience stores in Wisconsin, Minneapolis St Paul (Twin Cities) and the Greater Chicago area.
