Hit & miss suppliers

OK so in the last two weeks I have ordered from 5 UK suppliers, of those, three have managed to get the product to me within 48 hours and have been fab.

The other two seem to think that a 4 day lead time for posting is acceptable, and have left me with rather a foul taste in my mouth (not least as dispite ordering more juice on Sunday, it now looks like I'm going to have to ration for this coming weekend)

I order a lot of things online & most of my online orders go to one man bands, not corporate stores and almost all are posted within 24 hours. I have received shipments from the states in less time then it is taking these suppliers just to put something in the post

Is this normal for e-cigs, is this the level of service that I should come to expect for these products?

Yeah I have had dubious customer service. These people don't seem to realise that word of mouth and recommendation is everything, especially with something "niche" like e-cigs and liquid. Like Rusty said, stick with the ones that provide the best service


Once I find them I will definitely be sticking with them. Seems I have already identified who my business will be going to from no on, even if it costs a little more.

The UK is a small country with a (usually) fast postal service. If I order something before lunchtime, I expect to receive it the following day. If I don't, I don't order from that company again.
So far, TW, e-cigs.co.uk and ecigsoutlet have all passed with flying colours.

Yep that's pretty much my expectation too, although if someone tells me before, or as soon as I order that there is a proble, I'm usually happy to continue, it's when I have to chase things up only to find out they haven't been sent that I get .......

Email costs nothing after all!
