Check it all...sometimes the firing pin needs cleaning and dabbed w/ Naolox and/or the atty connector cleaned. In most cases when this happens with me it's either a low battery (charger isn't doing its job or batts just getting old) or the atty- most of the time, the atty (you can clean it- might help but in my experience, most of the time not). I'm an Atty Killer.

Sorry for the late response. Went out last night and just got home :)

The cartomizer is new but I guess it might need a new one. I should try cleaning it and then see if it's better. This is driving me nuts!

Lisa I checked the voltage and the batteries are registering fully charged so that's the weird part.

Dave I don't have an atty but maybe the catch cup needs a good cleaning. I wonder if that's why it feels weak. I am going to go clean it and will reply back!

Good mention there davelog. It never occured to me to do that in my cleanings. I'll have to include that from now on.

If you're going to noalox your firing pin, also unscrew the spring and noalox the threads where that screw goes into the mod. That's the ground for the battery, and if it ain't clean and conduct-y, it'll affect the vape as well.

edit: (assuming you have a metal REO)

I don't know how rough on your Reo you are, but I had to send mine in for power loss recently. Cause of my issues.......repeatedly dropping Carto end down on very hard surfaces, I ruined my 510 connection :( Thank God for Robert and his amazying customer service. He had my baby back to me 1 week after I sent it out. Note we are on opposite ends of the US and it was traveling during the Easter holiday. He also replaced every part of the old girl.....Why......Because he's awsome!!!!!!!!!!

Oh no! I hope that's not it! I've dropped it quite a few times 8-o

Of course my cat fell asleep on me so now I'm paralyzied until he moves. Yes I know he is very very spoiled.
I'm glad you all gave me great suggestions! Thank you so much! I can't wait to try these ideas. By giving it a good washing, what would that entail?

For a good cleaning I......Gut her out, remove Batteries, cartos, the bottom screw holding the bottom spring, and the screw at the top inside. Then I pour alcohol through her, shake and
blow alcohol through the drip cup into the tube, rinse dry and place a drop of grease that came with her on the firing pin and spring screw. It should be already to go after that. :)

Oh, and don't you dare wake up your sleeping kitty. :)

It is not necessary to remove the screw and plastic cover in the inside of the mod. You can if you feel comfortable being delicate and patient trying to put it back together. Just be aware that that top screw can be tricky. You can flush the mod with either very hot water or alcohol (after removing the battery, atty & juice bottle)....allow to dry or use compressed air to blow out the excess water.
