Can someone recommend a good 18650 and charger?

I use a nightcore Intellicharger and AW IMR batteries from RTDVapor.

I typically get 8-10 hours from a freshly charged 1800 MAh battery as a heavy vapor.6ml of juice on average a day.

You either dont say or I missed what resistance you use but it can make a difference when it comes to battery life.
