Interesting
Errr, edited out. Sorry!. Any advanced chemist course will tell you there's vast differences in substances, with basic changes to its core.

A good example is H2O and H2O2. One you drink, one will kill you if drank in large quantities. Just by adding an oxygen to hydrogen, you go from water to hydrogen peroxide.

thanks guys for the input i should have known better "if its on the net it must be real" good thing i came here right away

LOL, well it sounded like you did know better. You read something that piqued your interest, then posed a question about it to a forum where there was likely to be people with access to relevant information, rather then believing it blindly. If only more followed your lead.

It is Indian sanskrit - maybe tibetans use it too - not sure...thanks.........

Don't know enough about it to know if they're the same or different variations, but a quick scan through a wiki article made it sound like they might be the same. I have a tat of a Buddhist prayer in Sanskrit on my arm (not a Buddhist, but the prayer means something to me). What's the meaning of the symbol in the middle?

It means "nameste" - which roughly translates to a very nice way of saying "hello" or "greetings" - BTW - I dont have this tat yet - I promised myself I would get it after I quit analogs - prob is I need to find a good artist that will be able to write the words correctly. Right now all I have is an Om symbol (not ohms as in resistance - lol) - but wow - what a coincedence - got that 2 years ago and now I vape - lol

Ah, I thought that was on you, lol. Yeah, I have the om symbol in my tat. I think Sanskrit writing just looks really elegant.

You should see the rubbish "intellicig"(i know stupid name eh) say about their e liquid in contrast to pg. They focus on the fact they only provide 100% pharma grade vg developed in their "laboratories" huh huuh....They make a very big point of this on their site. They've even got testimonials from their own (huh huuh) Manchester Bioscience Facility for Research and Development covering both scientific and technological aspects. I mean what a load of flim flam eh. It's just vegetable glycerine, ethyl maltol (standard sweetener), and nicotine with a splash of water. AND THEY'VE ONLY GOT 3 FLAVOURS. What is the point of all the techno jargon when they only provide 3 flavours !? And don't get me started on their hardware HUH......Check em out and click on the research button at the top of the page.

I don't support people making claims that vaping is going to kill you, but I also don't like the fact that companies advertise that it is a "healthy choice". Is it better than the alternative, probably, but who really knows. Nobody truly knows the long term effects of inhaling these products. Its all merely speculation at this point. All I can say is I do feel better since quitting cigarettes and have no intention of quitting vaping. The unknown is a gamble that I'm willing to take.

well up to a certain point they do, as pg is used in so many products already, some inhalers use it and you dont see asthma sufferers complaining, its used in foggers, in medical equipment, and test have shown even in a room fully saturated with it there were no noticeable effects. i cannot find the links right now but i have run into research showing tests regarding the breathing of pg fumes as far back as the 50's and not one of them showed any noticable side effects.
i would believe that most any harm from vaping will be the artificial ingredients found in many premixed juices.

While we shouldn't be putting anything into our lungs, i do feel ok knowing these products (pg) have already been scrutinized to death and tested safe.

even if told it is not safe long term so what, would they rather i return to two packs a day of cigs? not gonna live forever anyways.
