So sitting on the phone with a question for the company and listening to elevator music for 20 minutes ok maybe its just me but really classical music come on. Know I know maybe it helps defuse an angry customer and all but cant we get something a little more up beat. Just sayin hahahah

Classical music is the only music I could listen to for 20 minutes on hold . . .

I only wish they would play it on elevators (would never work -- too many geeks like me would never get out of the elevator, just ride it up and down until the piece had concluded ).
