I don't think Ikenvape has Customer Service either.

Its Customer Care.

Big difference.

TT

I'll second that! Isaac treats his customers as friends. I have written many a note on my orders and every time, the invoice that comes with my order has a hand written note on it from Isaac. He truly appreciates each and every customer and I want to say thank you Isaac for really caring about your customers

OP said he recd great service...Any ways the service was great in his case because he is a regular forum member. It sucked in my case because at the time of my purchase I wasn't an active forum member. So service at ikenvape is selective not consistent.

That was my first ever order from Ikenvape, he didn't know me from Joe Blow, and I ordered under my real name so he didn't even know my forum name until I posted about the experience after the fact. I'm just saying - there wasn't even an opportunity for some kind of nepotism.

Part of my appreciation for Isacc was that he kept it real, no BS, just real information about his products and how they related to what I was looking for. He didn't respond to me overnight, and I didn't expect him to because I'm a bit of a realist. Anyway, this quote below is from another thread, but it happens to be one of my all time favorite posts from anywhere and only increased my perspective and appreciation for "where the goodness never stops"...it might get delayed for a few days, as anyone in any business knows, but it don't stop.

The only thing I'm lacking is employees and space at this point. I currently deal with 8 manufactures at the moment. Sales are so high that the production lines are always running and I never get to sleep. I even have had a maximum of 10-15 products per customer Only. Increasing labor on my end to make sure everyone gets their piece of the pie. It's the popularity, not the small ordering. From looking at the stage and to peaking behind the curtain are two different worlds entirely. This isn't a hobby nor has it ever been. This is my life for my family, friends, and myself. I bleed for this business, constantly thinking of new ways to bring something brand new to the table, to introducing hybrids, to encouraging strong customer support and blowing minds in the community, and most of all building the strongest relationship I possibly can with my friends/customers currently and beginning their new life transitions. I started biting the bullet with heavy quantities ranging from the tens of thousands in single orders. In fact, there's nearly 13 grand sitting on 2 products alone that may or may not be Great, not counting the heavy weight devices known as Project: Chameleon or Infinity. I listen to my customers, what they want, I make sure they have(powerful, conservative, liquid, and everything in between 901 to Ego-T. I could go into origins of the products, but that will be for another time.

Hummmmmm, what's in the water in California these days

Hey now! Let's not get carried away there, Switched :p We're a rather popular state, don'cha know...so, maybe he's a recent transplant? If so, could be some of that East Coast agua still swishing around in his system is causing the current state of mental confusion...

As to MokshDhua's actual comments, it's a damn shame such remarks are even allowed, but I guess it's a democratic forum, after all. To put that another way...IMHO questioning Isaac's commitment to customer service is likely the textbook definition of temporary post-analog insanity. Oh, and...I'm not sure I'm an "oldie", BTW, I think I'm just a customer...

I dragged my husband with me to Vapestock in June. He doesn't smoke/vape and he is terribly shy.
Somehow we got separated for about an hour or so.
When we finally met back up, I thought he was going to kill me for leaving him (it wasn't my fault, really!), but on the contrary, he was really happy...
I asked him what was up and he said he was fine, and that he had met and was talking to this really cool guy named Isaac.
True story.
