I have been really careful with my Chuck. I dropped it once on the carpet, and was really proud of myself for keeping it from getting scratched for a week or so.

I then dropped it and chipped the base plug paint on the asphalt at work with my hand's "over" full.

I have a favorite pair of shorts, and I have had the pocket (due to a bad fabric choice on the MFR's side) mended more than twice. I went to drop it in my pocket and heard a "TINK!" Time to mend the other pocket, TIME TO MEND THE CHUCK! The thing hit the ground directly on the button, and was a static "ON" with and atty on it.

Summary: I asked if Jeff had any suggestions. He told me to send it in and he'd fix it. I PROMPTLY sent it to him, upon re-receipt of the device I e-mailed him and asked how much do I owe him for the repairs, "It’s on the house!" was his response. It was my "favorite shorts" MFR's issue, and Jeff resolved it. This is my big THANK YOU, that is service!

Oh, and THANK YOU JEFF! I love my CHUCK!
