Hey guys.

Just a question for the 901 Chucks users. I remember someone saying that the 901 is not compatible with the 808 carts. I had ordered my wifes Chuck for this very purpose.

Well, I received her Chuck today, and the part the atty screws into is completely shattered. So I'm going to have to send it back to Jeff.

My question is, should I just get her the 510 with the adapter? I was hoping to avoid that as she exclusively vapes 808 carts, and wanted to keep it as simple as possible... but if it doesn't work with 808s then the point is moot.

Also there are microfractures around Cockychucks button where it looks like the nut was overtightened... its not horrible but I am worried that they will expand into bottomless rifts... Anyone know how Jeff is about fixing the clearcoat?

Normally I'd just ask him, but I'm leaving this weekend, and my schedule is full and timeline is short...

My understanding on this was that he made adapters for the cartomizers. I believe it had something to do with air flow. The regular 901 should fit a cartomizer, only there is no groove for air on the center post that makes contact. As for your cracks and shatters... You pinged my anxiety meter for the next month, while I wait on my first TWO Chucks.

Just give it a good once over when you get it. I had a switch go out once, and he did repair for me. And usually he does it pretty fast. I know he is probably overwhelmed with orders, so he may not be able to QC as thoroughly as before.

But if you have to send it in for repairs, you won't have to wait like you did while he was making it.

It might be a good opportunity to send my endcaps back to be drilled on my older Chucks too.
