Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to give an update about this week and what's happening over here at PS for a quick minute.
Understatement of the year: It's been nuts over here the last 10 days. With that being said, both Steve and I were also out of town from Thursday evening until Saturday/Sunday evening, so we're getting caught up. Usually if things get nuts over the weekend, someone is around to hold down the fort, but this weekend, that wasn't really the case.
Yesterday, I got about 240 orders packed and out the door. I got to respond to all of 11 tickets. 8-o
I'm catching up today. There's roughly 300-350 sitting there, so for the next few hours, that's where I'll be. I'm really sorry to everyone who has been waiting, and if you pm'd me this weekend, I'll be getting to those likely tomorrow.
We should be caught up on V2's this evening, and you can bet we'll be here late tonight to make sure we get everything done we possibly can.
Again, sorry for the delays and lack of communication since Wednesday- promise we'll be getting caught up!!
