sooo i was at home depot, shopping for some e-cig stuff lmao (case for all my e-cig stuff, in which they have some pretty cool cases, some are $$$ though) also some modding stuff.

so the employees were very nice, and every employee that saw me asked ... you need help .... (the whole time walking around in the store i had been taking a drag here and ther of my pv )

i said ya, i need to find some ceramic, like a little tiny piece. she said like a ceramic plug? i said ya sure lemme see what ya got. then she asked the big question... whats it for? i told her e-cigarette blah blah blah.... she never heard of it before (of course) so i had to tell her all about it.
well they didnt have any ceramic plugs, so she pointed me to the direction of the paint/glue aisle, where she said she thought they had ceramic glue.

went down that aisle... another lady asked if i needed help.... same thing... asked what the product was for, told her... she had no clue either... but with this lady (unlike the other) i saw that little twinkle in her eyes when i started to tell her... that look that tells you she is a smoker and she is interested. lol talked to her for about 15-20 min. then gave her the website addy and told her to do the research.
soooo hopefully we get another member here :) and we get another happy vaping soul.

Excellent! The more people like yourself that take the time to explain what PV's are all about the more likely that the right word is spread that they are harmless to both me and the general public.

I don't advocate that anyone go out of their way to "advertise" their PV in public where the use of analogs are strictly prohibited, but there comes a time and place when it can be the right time and place and a very simple informative and educational explanation is in order.

Well done.

thanks shortstuff :)

ya im sure shortstuff didnt mean that they are totally harmless lol

i choose my word very carefully when telling people about pv's not telling them they are harmless but, just telling them they are without 600
+ chemicals as analogs, if the person wants more info i go on about what chemicals are in the pv juice ect...

Good for you cheetah! that's exactly why I wont give up on educating someone about it if they ask me what its about. Everyone's reaction is different of course but its worth it I think.

Oh how I remember the day when the twinkle was in my own eyes.... hmmmmmmm.

Do not assume these are harmless.
Well, until someone can show me that they are harmful, I will continue to believe that they are harmless until I see proof otherwise. I'm not trying to be stubborn, but I have yet to see any posts (unless I'm missing something) from anyone saying that it has harmed them in any way.

Sure, too much of anything is not good for you, but compared to the poisons that I have been sucking into my lungs for more than 36 years, I do believe that these are not harming me and that is what I convey to those I talk to about it. I also tell them to do their own research and find out everything they can about them too.
