It's difficult to discuss this study, it's just an abstract, not a paper, so not much information. It was found that after short term expose to vapor of flavored liquids arteries of female mice narrowed by approximately 30 percent (nicotine?). After long term expose aortic stiffness (as age-related aortic stiffness) was more than twice as high as that of control groups. No comparison to tobacco, no comparison to effect of nicotine alone.

Well, we all know chicks are tougher rite? The male mice all died of a heart attack at the age of 40 (in mice years), since they refused to go get their checkups and didn't choose a female "mate" to nag them into it.
