I was trying to make a purchase on honeyvillevapor.com.
Got to their Alert Pay site, damn thing wouldn't let me enter my credit card number. I tried with both Firefox and Google Chrome. No go. What a pain it the a@$.
If you seriously want to have an online business make it possible for your customers to PAY YOU.
What was wrong with the payment system they had before?
Honeyville just lost me as a customer. I won't buy from anyone who uses Alert Pay after this either.

Damn, I really liked their juice too.

I didn't know they changed payment systems but I'm just about 100% positive they wouldn't have intentionally implemented a system that a customer or customers would have a problem with.

I've had very good communication with them in the past on inquiries. Why not contact them and give them a chance to resolve the issue which they most likely are not aware of? It could help the parties involved as well as others both now and moving forward.

Or you could just move on and not get the just you stated you like.

It didn't work for me too. I just emailed them and pay palled them the money. I got my juices. I am sort of happy with them need to let them steep more I guess.

That's too bad they are having problems with the ordering, I really like the vanilla blend from there.

You should contact them, being a new company they may be having problems with the set up. I know it took forever for KBV to get their website in order for ordering through the website.

I love that we are able to support small businesses with our hobby/addiction. They are still new so don't give up so fast but I know that feeling of needing to buy juice in the moment. Hopefully they will resolve the problem before they loose too much business.

Worked perfect for me a few days ago. I have never seen or used Alert Pay before that.

Yeah, I didn't mean to post it here. I was going to put it under general e-liquid discussion. To many tabs open on the browser I guess.
Quick Review: Good juices, quick service. All was well until they switched to alert pay.
