I've checked out the madvapes site and you have quite a nice variety. I've been vaping since last August and have several favorite venders already. I have read many good things about Madvapes on the forums and thought I would give you a try :) Do you know when you will have any more of the smok Tech ego systems (with cartomizers) in stock? The site showed 2 in stock and when I tried to order today, I got an out of stock notice. Boo-hoo.

Amazing vendor! I have tried multiple juices from him when I started vaping. Some were hit and miss, but the quality of service is UNMATCHED so far from other vendors I've tried. I've got nothing but respect for MadVapes. I imagine when I let the owner know of a bad juice his thoughts must have been, "here we go again, that guy from Kansas". Instead, I get sent a replacement bottle or another flavor with my next order free of charge without even asking. Quality people. Although I prefer juice from other vendors, I'll continue to check back with them for other vaping items. I just feel I have to give the "love" back to them that they gave to me when I was new in my vaping journey.

You will like the Smok Tech eGo Cartomizer kit. For me, its about as simple as vaping gets with very consistent results. Seems well made and solid too. Got one from MV last week and am very happy with it. Those 900 mAH batteries last a looong time. Went nearly two full days of regular, moderate vaping on ONE of them with 2.5-3.2 ohm Cartos... Love the manual batteries. Their juices are first rate as well. Fried Apple and Root Beer are my personal favorites.

I didnt see any silver replacement batts listed. Just black and gold. Wonder if they will stock them? I read the post about the customer return rate between the black and silver ego bats. Hopefully they will stock the silver ones! Looking forward to trying out my new toy. My next purchase may be a box mod or the e-power. Havent decided yet.

:evil:but their shipping sucks...as far as im concerned says on their site that orders placed on saturday would be shipped on monday not tuesday afternoon and after they marked it shipped on saturday.....head up .... syndrome......maybe but they will have to win back my $150.00 to $250.00 a week business i am not impressed for a first time user.... AT ALL................:evil::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I just read their "Shipping FAQ" and it doesn't say that orders placed on Saturday will be mailed on Monday. Where did you read that, Slumdog?

Anyway, I've placed many orders with MadVapes. IMO, they are a STELLAR vendor. Customer service is prompt, polite and professional. Order processing is fast and accurate.

you are correct it says orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.........I guess I was expecting faster after all the raving on their fast shipping.... I have ordered from California on a Friday and received it on monday.....this wasn't even shipped until tuesday.......I am not impressed.....with the shipping..........but thats not the part that upsets me what upsets me is I received an email that stated it was shipped 4/30/2011 then lo and behold I receive another email yesterday morning that stated shipped 5/3/2011.....now whats the purpose in this? I don't understand.... this is what puts me off of them....I got no explanation at all........but we will see how the merchandise handles and go from there........

I guess I take madvapes for granted and spend no time giving credit for their service. The fact that I just redeemed 350 points with them and I've only been using them for 6 months tells they are my "go to" supplier.

There HAS been something going on over the last month where they don't get orders out the next day like they always did before. Is it bad that I'm disappointed with a month of less than stellar turn around times after 5 months of service where I swear there's someone awake at 2am to receive my order and ship it out that morning? Or is it telling that even when the turn around is slipping they are still my "go to" supplier? You can't touch their juice prices and other vendor's "sales" at their best will only approach madvapes' prices. Just look at the roughstack maxi v2; it's my number one PV that's solid with few parts to fail. I challenge you to find a non plastic mod that can rock 6v for $45.

Hey ya know...I'm like this...

I have been doing online shopping and selling for the past 10 years and if someone ships out within 3 days...IM HAPPY. Especially if they have a business to run. I guess I am just to easy to please. LOL

I have learned to be patient with folks, especially if they are trying to get a business off the ground....
god knows I have had problems sometimes getting stuff shipped out in a timely manner....and Hey...I am just one person..LOL

No need getting all riled up just because someone doesnt feeel yer pain....just remember...

Your problem does not an emergency make on their end...LOL

I've had 3 orders with MV so far since mid-April. There was a mix-up on my first order, but Hoogie took care of it right away. Had one item DOA on the 2nd order, not MV's fault, but again, promptly taken care of. I'm awaiting my 3rd order and replacement items right now and already have another order sitting in my cart just waiting on one more thing to be in-stock before I send it off.

I've ordered from other vendors as well, and can't say there has been any issues, but what I CAN say is that I also haven't returned to order from a single one of those other vendors, nor have I recommended any other vendors to friends like I have MV.

They have great prices, a nice selection of products, LOTS of reviews on their products (a huge plus IMO), and outstanding customer service. You just can't beat that.

To add into this, we all are a part of this problem..... We're ordering, and ordering and ordering! 6 months ago when I first trekked out, it was a couple of people working on orders. The last time I was out, a month ago or so, they had several people working like the dickens with a small mountain of boxes good to go and ready to ship.

MadVapes is my supplier, and it is an exception that I go anywhere else. If I can find what I need on their site, I add it to the post on what to carry, and if it's popular enough Hoog and team pick it up. Every person I talk to about my hobby, I refer to them, and still have a few business cards left (hint hint hoog, would be be cool to have an option to get a small stack of cards to hand out on the site). They don't treat me like a walking wallet, they treat me like a fellow vaper, and they believe in their products.

I want more people to shop here, as I believe in their products, their shipping, and their attitude towards me.

Have not been vaping long and haven't tried but one other vendor for vaping supplies. Don't need to with MV. Prices are awesome, ordering is very easy, shipping is stellar and FAST, I like their products - plus the owner participates on this forum regularly. I'm sure other vendors work very hard to earn a great reputation and present great products as well but I don't have the time or money to try a bunch of them when I know MV is a winner already! The rewards system is a nice bonus too. Doesn't take many purchases to rack up enough to shave a few dollars off your next order. Many thanks to Hoog and everyone!
