Yes, but Gotvapes is sold out, but I do have a shipment coming, so I am okay, but just needed to hear some reviews to see if that is something people are really wanting..........and if they are infact variable voltage....

I can answer your second question for you right now.

No. It is not a incremental VV Battery. It is a 3 stage Regulated Voltage Battery.

i have them and love them. can def feel the diff in the 3 settings. nice out and about piece. i have only been through 1 charge cycle though. but dual coils @ 4,2 in this small of a bat is nice
