I have been left deeply frustrated dealing with the vendor. I am at day 70 of my order with Hoosier, and my package has still not arrived. He has simply stated that I should wait longer. How much longer should I wait? Is it acceptable to wait past two months when you anxiously want to quit?

I've been back and forth with the vendor at the 45 day mark, and he advised to wait longer. At 65 days, I asked for a refund. It's been 5 days since my request, and my email has just been ignored. I guess lost packages or un-deliverable mail is at the cost of the buyer? If so, buyer beware.

I frequently order from the US to Canada, and have gotten my products delivered within two weeks. I've very rarely had an un-deliverable (only happened once in the 60+ deliveries sent to me), but when it did, the company has always been responsive enough to issue another delivery immediately.

70 bucks down the drain for me. I'm going to call my credit card company and contest it tomorrow. I would certainly not recommend dealing with hoosierecig to anyone. Also, on another note, I noticed his delivery prices to Canada have gone down in comparison to what I paid. Frankly, check other places if you're shopping.
