Out of Alberta Canada with the rights to sell off Nicotickets last juice batches.

Sent Paypal of around $80.00 on 9/22/2017 for multiple Wakonda bottles.

It is now 10/24/2017 and I have received no package. USPS has no tracking available on any package.

He sent me a shipping label that stated "No Delivery Scan" on the shipping label bar code. His customer service consists of saying this is not his problem- Call USPS.

The owner will not refund my money.

The owner is taking no responsibility to resolve this matter.

    October 27th, I have received no package and USPS has zero information on it.


    USPS has told me they have zero information on this allegedly sent package.

    I really dont think the guy ever sent it and just simply stole my $80.00.

    He has made no effort to resolve this other than to accuse me of slander.

    Again, I paid this guy over $80 on 9/22 and have received nothing from him and USPS says no information is available and he has done nothing to resolve this.

    For clarity - the reason the posts were deleted is because this forum is designed so that only the supplier and the complainant can post. Unfortunately, the functionality is currently broken so members can post.

    I don't expect everyone to read every rule, so please understand that this is just housekeeping.

    From our terms of service: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, or products seized by customs or governmental agencies.

    I called USPS and gave them the # under the bar code, which is the way they trace packages sent "International small packet", which is the cheapest level of shipping, and the method you selected. If you had paid a couple more dollars, you could have had it tracked and insured, but you did not.

    They were able to trace it from this number and have assured me it was delivered to you. I pride myself on excellent customer service, and in 1.5 years of operation, this is the only complaint I have received.

    Quit saying it was delivered. I just checked my mailbox today. No package.

    I'm so glad you posted, for all to see, that you claim it's my fault.

    That's your customer service-Sorry Charlie, my hands are washed clean.

    The best part is your claim I am your only botched order in 1.5 years. That lie just puts a spotlight on all your other lies.

    One would think that if I was your only botched order, EVER, that you would want to make it right by refunding my $80+ dollars or reshipping.
