i placed an order for 2 Vision Nova tank Clearomizers V2 on June 15... according to the tracking info it was first sent out June 15 and delivered June 18 to Greensburg, IN and picked up twice (dont know how ) on june 19. that wouldnt be a problem except it was supposed to be sent to Dallas, TX! According to my bank the payment went through on June 19...

i have sent them 2 emails via their contact us on the website with no reply
hopefully they will see this here or reply.


i would like to do business with them, they have great prices and products... but i just need some kind of update from them on how they will rectify the situation...

Ok just got an email from them. Seems it was a problem with the post office... glad to hear its not their fault so now I just have to exercise patience until my tanks arrive

I went to the mailbox today to get my stuff from another vendor and was surprised that my tanks were in!
I finally got an email back from them last night saying they were being mailed.

aside from the time to get responses from them by email i am very satisfied now. They have great prices and good selections. I will have to give them another shot next time I need some gear.

guess I really cant fault them for a post office mistake. btw... these vivi nova tanks are GREAT!
