Hi, I quit smoking almost one year now :) . I never thought i could quit. I was smoking 2+ packs a day living in the Philippines for 7 years where cigs cost less than 50 cents a pack. Moved back here and didn't want to pay $7 a pack and also couldn't breath very well. I have gained about 50 pounds which i need to lose now. I quit on the Greensmokes which I like. But, the batteries don't seem to last long. They can't take a charge well after not to much time. I have eight of them with cartridges on the table now. I was refilling the cartridges with Mt. Vaper liquid which is nice and inexpensive. I just received a Provari yesterday with a protank from Provape. I really like it. Looks nice and works well. I had trouble getting it to work, the heating coil wasn't pushed in well enough for a couple hours. I'll probably still use the Greensmokes when i go out. I think walking around with the Provari setup would probably look a bit extreme :) . Anyway, everyone seems nice on this forum, nice to be here.

I quit smoking cigarettes without even trying by first vaping only at work. When I realized that you can vape almost anywhere (stealth vape) and tried many delicious flavors, I just stopped buying tobacco products. Do I miss smoking the real deal? No. Because I can get better flavor and convenience from my APV. It took almost a year, but now I don't even think about having a cigarette. I know you can do it too.

Another added bonus to vaping, in my experience, is that I hardly ever get sick anymore. I used to get a cold or Flu at least three to four times a year. Since I started vaping, (4 Years) I've only gotten sick once. This probably because PG (Propylene glycol) in e-juice has antiseptic properties. I work in a germ rich environment, and my coworkers get sick all the time. Not me.

Now that I have made up my mind to quit and enjoy vaping I am confident that it will happen soon. I think if i find a good flavor for mornings that will be key. My first coffee is where I cave in and smoke.. Surprising amount of members from MA. Which local shops do you use I use MassVapors on the Lynnway in Lynn. Love to see how long all of you converts have been analog free.. Great Job....
