Hot Drip Tip

Hello everyone, I hope I'm posting in the correct area. I received my first mod today, a Seven 22 and I've tried using the aspire nautilus with the stock drip tip. When I crank the seven 22 up past 20w and pull, the tip gets hot. Is this normal?

Try a derlin tip, they don't get hot as fast as a metal tip. 20 watts is a lot of heat for a nautilus.
