Hot juice on tongue while dripping

I did a basic google search for "hot juice while dripping".......not the results I wanted (don't do it if you don't like porn). So here goes, I've been playing around with different coils and vg/pg combos and they all do the same thing; they all end up spitting hot juice onto my tongue. How do I stop this?

My current dripping rig is a Stingray, Stillare, nano dragon coil (28g kanthal), Sony VTC5.

maybe you could put a little bit of cotton over the top of your coil to stop it spitting, i'm not familiar with what rip tripper did in that vid, was the whole coil covered apart from one end or just the underneath of the coils?

The wick is both over and under the coil, also the down side (the nano coil is angled down) is covered.

No, it's stationary. My vape doesn't funnel like his though.

Less is the new more, for cotton. Try less cotton, and make sure your coil isn't sitting down in the juice or it may spit.

This is the piece of cotton I'm using for both wicks.

This is how I routed the wicked. First, dashed black line under the coil, just enough wick to go over the coil, this is the solid black line. Then, the longer end (solid blue) is wrapped around the post and under the coil. The solid purple line is my attempt at a cotton cloud. Opposite side is done the same way.

No problem was having the same problems with super nanos, personally iv found for me at least I was getting better results leaving both ends open and using less of an angle on the coils but of course most of this game is personal preference, still searching for my Shangri-La of builds. you can lightly roll it up into lengths before tieing
