Dented batteries and too hot to hold and shorted atomizers make me REALLY nervous. I would hit reset and start from square one......take it completely apart and examine everything; clean and check everything, and do Zoranth's list. Screwing up with li-ion batteries can be dangerous and I believe we lull ourselves into thinking otherwise. All it takes is one incidence and someone can be badly hurt.

Yup, a couple years ago when I was into remote control toys, the lithium batts I used had to be charged in a blast container. It takes about two seconds to find a vid of these discharging on youtube. I doubt these are as bad today, but looking at a battery pack that thinks it's a jet engine might make people think twice. At least with these you don't have to wire them yourself and monitor heat and discharge rate. But you still need to respect the batteries.

I took everything apart and polished it and the contacts. Made a new fuse spring with 2 springs..sanded them and the very end of the screw they go on. I then used some green O rings I got from the auto parts store. I always thought they were cosmetic. But now no wiggle no over tightening. Put in a new AW 18650 and fresh 1.5 cisco 306. It is working like a champ. Looking at the diagrams my UFS v2 is missing some O rings for sure. There was only one tiny one and there should be 2. I am going to find some food grade silicone. Do you guys think that is better than Vasoline? At least it wont look like I have a huge tub of vasoline on my vape table.

Vaseline is better than nothing but does break down o-rings over time whereas food grade silicone grease is made for the job and doesn't degrade o-rings. As for the 2 little o-rings on the ufs you only need need the top one to create a good seal, I actually removed the bottom one and it works better without it.

He is talking about the 2mm x 1mm orings on the center pin. Not the ones that are at the top of the connector.

Yeah that one missing was apparently the problem. I am going to order a complete set from COV next week when all this holiday fun is over. I love the GG SSTS even without the UFS V2 for now. I haven't really had a chance to use 2 Cisco 1.5 901's hardly at all, and I ordered them at least 6 months ago. They are the only atomizer I can find that really lets you use the air control.
