Silly question and I feel its just most likely happening to me due to one of my cells being flat-lined on arrival. I know I did say I was able to revive the cell after 3 cycles and what have you. So my question is this does anyone's battery seem to drain at all while in idle, or not even attached to the mod itself? I'm talking a dip in about 1/3rd of life from not even being hooked up. I'm ready to just chalk it up as erratic behavior from the bad cell itself.
Not entirely surprised on his findings about this typical lipo pack that Hotcig has been dispensing out. Which is why I choose to hold off on any purchase of extra packs at this time. However I do love the device despite this issue and at the level I vape I can go for the better part of the day on a single charge, no problems at all. Since I expected it to comparable to a single 18650 alongside my 350J chip mod. Still has a ways to go before it'll ever dethrone my 350J that's for sure, but thats for another dayLooks like there's some real problems with those unfortunately named "Hot Fire" packs.
That's right. In order to be able to use my SkyRC B6AC V2, I had to make few wires:(I think)You need to make an adapter to connect to the + and - on the battery (banana). Somewhere I think AMDTrucking posted a picture. Here's charging an Hcigar one: https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/threads/hotcig-dna200.698409/page-20#post-16671152
Your way I guess may work also, maybe someone will chime in on that.
I removed the battery on my Vapecige box yesterday and charged it with the little RC charger that came with the DX200, it over charged to 4.28 volts per cell. Just saying. Looks like that cable will work just fine for you.I think this will work great, ordered it from amazon

I set mine to 0.016ΩAnyone knows the mod resistance?
Until I can get this answered for me I'm holding off on buying a replacement at this time. Kinda want to take it apart and put something else instead. So far the battery that mine came with has been good. The replacement battery I ordered from FT is almost here. If it's not I'll just put in a Fullymax, like I'm doing with my Vapecige. Turnigy 1300 mah for the Vapecige. I really like the Hotcig box.
The 2nd case would be nice to have.Until I can get this answered for me I'm holding off on buying a replacement at this time. Kinda want to take it apart and put something else instead.
So despite my issue with the current battery I should put in an order for another? Honestly I do want to and I really don't think that price will drop anytime soon at all.The 2nd case would be nice to have.
There's no way I'd pay $45 for one. I may have near that though in the end.So despite my issue with the current battery I should put in an order for another? Honestly I do want to and I really don't think that price will drop anytime soon at all.
I'm surprised it hasn't dropped already. HotCig has overstepped big time on that pricing but I believe it is because they were not equipped to handle the volume of purchases they generated in the beginning and could not produce the cases quickly enough. If they keep price high it discourages purchase so the ones they do produce can be used on mods coming off the assembly line.So despite my issue with the current battery I should put in an order for another? What surprises me the most is that there is only one retailer selling these. I know I may not give two shakes about GB. But at the same time I keep checking them if they do.I'm surprised it hasn't dropped already. $23 & change was reasonable. $45 is nuts!
