I understand it's a bit off topic, but it links much to what folks here always discuss about ties between MONEY and government. Anyways, has anyone seen this top notch tv-show, that to me seems as a freaking awesome deja vu of how government works both in where I live and in the US?????? or am I wrong? ))))

I would like to point out to other readers that don't have a clue what show you are talking about, it is a BBC adaptation that is only available through Netflix streaming. Definitely worth a watch if you have the netflix.

Haven't seen the show, but the title is a perfect description of how most governments seem to operate these days. One day the US, Britain, France and a few others will be exactly like a runner who steps into a bear trap. Flat on their face and crippled permanently.

Aside from all the drama, conflicts and everything that's suppose to be there, to make it a show - in principle, I haven't seen a better peek into how governments actually work than portrayed in this specatcular show. Try it, if you haven't yet!

Another thumbs up for House of Cards. Love the show. I am an open hearted person about most things, but completely cynical about government. Maybe I've watched too many documentaries, but there's some unscrupulous behavior going on in US government--since it's basically run by corporate lobbying groups.
