How about a contest?

I'd be interested in seeing a contest and we all try each other's recipe's and vote for our favorites every month. Then at the end of the year have a Superbowl of all the monthly winners. Would anybody be up for that?

The only problem Isee with that is the sheer volume of mixing that would go into that. Msybe just one category. Like submit your absolute best 555 tobacco for the contest. One only per contestant.

I think it's a great fun idea but with shipping costs, this board being so global, it would be crazy expensive. They recently raised the rates in the US and made customs forms even more difficult. If somebody agrees to be in it, it might cost $10 in supplies but $60 in shipping for multiple packets.

What I would love to see is straight trade thread that us DIYers could do. Post a description, nic level and size bottle and see what someone else has. I even see that one getting messy though.... Why can't we just live on the same street? lol

I think this has been brought up before but never took off. I would participate as well. Maybe 7ml, 12 mg (as a mid point in nic stength) 50-50 PG/VG (again as a mid point) recipes to a set number of people. We can see how many are willing to participate in this thread to get a better idea of what we are looking at supply and shipping wise.

Count me in if this goes off.

Instead of a contest, you could always do a traveling swap box. I've been on a few boards for different interests and there's always been a swap box floating around on all of them.
