Ya know, I see alot of posts which are basically complaining and preaching to the choir.

I'm not saying stop, people need to vent and complain....

but maybe we should start thinking about foruming and FUNDING a political commitee/legal defence fund?

Start ya know, hiring our own damned lobbists? Fight back against higher taxes and descrimination?

I don't want to run such a group.... and we'd need a guy who did want to and could do a good job....

Smokey Joe REALLY needs to put up a sticky though, explaining what is going on, in front of everyones eyes that logs in... the forum is just getting too big, too many people are missing too much important news...

The ECA is a trade organisation but non traders can help by joining Right to vape and helping to get organised there and collaborating with the ECA and others.

Has the ECA contacted the ACLU? It's hard for one person to get a position on the issue. If the ACLU was on our side, that is a momentous leap.

the ECA is great however it is a collection of suppliers and thus has a monetary bias however RTV is a collection of consumers (i believe) with maybe a few suppliers maybe not which may have more impact on litigation.
