So, I was goofing around on YouTube some... ran across this... I didn't know Japan had any metal bands! This is listed as melodic death, but it has a bit of electronica/trance influence, clean vocals and some screaming, but DAYum, really has some driving beats/riffs to it. I'm up to 8 minutes on it so far, and it's pretty good.

I've known about them since before I was stationed at Ramstein Air Base back in '97-'01 lol. Germany has a LOT of metal acts that are good. My wife is German and listens to them also.

Ok... This thread needs a kickstart via a swift kick in the pants and a fist in the face! Try THIS on for size folks. I saw these guys live with Wintersun in London last year. They do growl... BUT, it's not just the lead vocalist, the drummer has his own mic and gets in on it with two of the other band members! Really good instrumental starting around the 3 minute mark also. Give this a listen all the way through at least once.
