This little mod is one of the best PV's that I have. You never hear it talked about here on ecf.

I've had a vape-pro and varivolt from totally wicked for a while. The varivolt was my first, and the dial pisses me off..It's good to keep around for a 3.5Volt device. That stays constant. The vape-pro is nice. I can definitely notice a difference in quality with it against my MVP and vv3.0.. I wish I got a j-wrap for it earlier, or bought the MVP way sooner for work. It's taken a beating, but everything functions like it should. I'd really like a DNA mod and Semovar, which isn't too popular in US.

I already catch enough hell for vaping being my second child, so I don't DIY or make mods, yet...

It's a Cigreat QQ tank it comes stock with the mod. It's plastic and the stock cartos that come with it aren't that good. I replaced them with Boge non-flanged 35mm cartos. Here is the link to MFS where I bought it.

I have a glass IBTanked carto tank on it now, shown in my avatar.

I have a couple VV Grippers, they are a VV box mod that uses the dreaded RMS for adjustment. I just adjust it for the best taste, and it works very well. Have been using them for day to day vaping for about a year now. Also a ProVape PV-1 and a RoughStack, that you don't hear mentioned much anymore.

I also have a few fixed voltage homemade mods that I use regularly, I control the voltage by pulsing the fire button for "Manual Pulse Width Modulation"... I started vaping when fixed voltages were the norm, and learned to control the "burnt taste" with my thumb.

TJ busted out the MAKO like BAM, I'm oldschool!! Where ya'll been!! LOL awesome!!
I can't believe how this forum has changed over the years.

Who else remembers NEEDING the DON mod? It was 1 of the very first (if not THE first) mass produced mods that could take ANY battery size. Everyone went crazy over it because if you were a collector of different sized mods, you could use ALL your batteries in the Don! DON.jpg
The DON just came back on the market and is actually for sale again after being discontinued.

I use lots of mods that I never see here on ECF. I use the smoktech natural all the time. Its a pretty heavy mechanical mod that uses any sized battery and I love it. Its a strong vape. You just have to use flat top IMR batteries if your using it in 18650 mode. Another "MOD" I use all the time that I never see here on ECF is the Janty KUWAKO pipe add-on for ego batteries.

LOLLL after seeing TJ's post I immediately thought of my very first PV- the Don. Still fires and looks as great as the day I bought it. REALLY liked the fact the 510 connector was replaceable.

I use the Smoktech Gripper as my stealth mod for the cinema. It was cheap to purchase and fits easy in a pocket or within my fist out of sight.

I just grabbed one of these myself. I also purchased the 510 extender. I really like the gripper mod itself. With the exception of the poor vapor I get from my cartos. My nova and protank work well on it with the extended. But I really bought it for stealth carto use.

What cartos do you find best for this little guy?

Any XL (45mm) cartomizer without a flange will work. (Boge XL or Ikenvape Mega Platinum) The draw with cartomizers will be tight in the Gripper because of a restricted airflow. For a looser draw use the extender.

I use my Gripper with the tiny tank made by IBTanked with the Gripper extender. This tank is a 15mm halfling tank that uses the shorty cartomizers sold by IBTanked.
