Ordered my first ever Reos Mod in the wee hours of the morning - I can't help but feel a little giddy!
In my few years of vaping I have never been more exited about nor felt so positive about a device. The decision to purchase was easy - now what color to purchase? That's the tough bit. Went with the red body and the silver door. It may be the first... I just have this feeling it wont be the last.

A huge part of this device seems to be the ever growing family of owners. It's unbelievable. Has a hunk of aluminum and some vegetable glycerin ever meant so much??

I have said this before but it begs to be mentioned again...
The vaping community, whether it be supplier or just a fellow vapor is a unique one in that people are really quite genuine. It is a neat thing when people from all over; who by all accounts have never shook hands or shared a smile face to face engage a spirit of fellowship or camaraderie over such a positive, life-changing thing.

Now, I know there are thousands of forum communities from lawnmower racing to birdhouse building but don't you think ECF is just the best!

Hope everyone had a fantastic 4th. Enjoy the rest of your week!

Welcome Ryan! :) I'm Lisa...nice to meet you :D

Well, the way I see it is that we're all shooting for one thing....getting away from a nasty addiction or at least replacing it. And as we all know common goals bring a sense of bonding. I think it's that which drives us to help one another once we find a way past that barrier...we want others to know that it CAN be done and many of us go to great lengths to show people the way.

We all know as the ob put it in the General Discussion forum that it takes "Different strokes for different folks" and not everyone will find success using the same exact equipment as someone else. But all we care about is that folks find something that works for them be it an Ego, a Provari, Buzz or REO...or any number of vaping devices....doesn't matter as long as they're succeeding.

This aluminum box means the world to me...because I had already accepted I was going to die a smoker....I had given up the fight. I was tired of failing and didn't want to put forth the effort any more. I had accepted I was going to lose my marriage and everything I held dear because the monster had me fast in it's grip. Between the REO and the never ending support I got from my husband...I am smoke free for nearly 2 years now. And that is huge.

It had to be easier than smoking.

I hope you find it works for you. Keep us posted and if you have any questions or difficulties, come back here and let us know. We'll help you through it. :)

Welcome Ryan! You are in a good place, friendly people, and ready to help.
Be sure to post a pic of your new Reos. Remember w/o a pic, it didn't happen. ;) :)

A Picture could be tough - it's going to require prying it from my hand. I'll do my best - There is already noticable lack of aluminum in my life. :)

Happy to meet you, Ryan!!

You've joined the best of the best!

People and Reo's!!

I've only been a Reo vaper for a few months, tho i stopped the analogs close to three years ago with other devices, mostly the eGo, but this Reoland has become almost a second home for me!

You'll never walk alone in the vaping experience now that you're here. No question is considered dumb or not worth responding to.....and if you're really stuck you can expect a supportive phone call, as I did, right Karen?!

Hi there, I completely agree about this community! Not just those in REOville but the entire ECF. I have often thought they should make their slogan, "The ECF - Where the nice people are."

I too have not had a tobacco product in several years. However, vaping or the collecting of vaping things could possibly be more addictive. At least it won't kill me. My wife on the other hand... :p

And who's going to warn Ryan that one mini will lead to two and so on...

We all know how that goes! :p

I am afraid it's too late for a warning. I was perusing the reosmods website just to you know get a game plan for the next REO...
My wife walked in and said, " I thought you said you bought one of those already?" I said yeah one...

I've said before, REOs are like Lays potato chips, you can't have just one. I do have other PV's that are bottom feeders, but it is my REOs that go to the barn, trail rides etc. They have been dropped from the saddle, stepped on by 1000# horse, dropped into water buckets, etc. But they just keep on working.

You're gonna be a quick one and you haven't even gotten your first one yet!

I did that, too. After I got my first one, I kept going back and hemming and hawing about getting another. I managed to hold out for about 5 months though.
